My biggest skill when helping people reach their goals is understinag the importance of "point of view" . Each buyer and seller dealing with an important home ownership transaction has goals they want to achieve and I help bring the parties together to create a win win for everyone. My experience as a dental office manager gave me the skills necessary to work through POV situations with employees, patients and owner of the dental practice. I am also an investor in real estate and understand how important numbers are. Understanding how leverage, market trends, fair value and proformas can create positive cash flow or an owners worst nightmare is valuable in any real estate transaction. Honesty and following rules related to the Real Estate industry are most important to me when I represent my clients in any transaction.
